A phone on a stand at the back of the chapel, and we run the stream from here. Your families get a private page and a recording they keep. You get a fixed cost per service that you can put on your price list without thinking about it.
The stream runs to the times booked, not to the service. It starts at the booked start time and stops at the end of the booked duration, so it's worth booking the start a little earlier than the advertised time — a late service otherwise eats the end of the window.
Prepaid credits, bought in blocks. A booking that matches your email or mobile draws one credit instead of being charged, so there's no card at the point of booking and nothing for your staff to process. Credits don't expire.

Against booking them one at a time at $99 a service. Packs can be invoiced rather than paid by card — most homes run it that way.
A slot streams one service at a time. That covers most homes comfortably — services are usually spaced through the day — but if you have two chapels that regularly run together, you need a second slot rather than a bigger pack.
$55 a month adds overlap cover, on top of whatever pack you're using. At the 50-service rate that's under two extra services a month to justify it, and it removes the one scenario this product can't otherwise handle.
